(1) The Center shall have a fund and the funds shall consist of the following funds:-
(a) Grant amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from any foreign organization, government or international organization,
(c) Amount received from various services rendered by the Centre,
(d) Amount of grant received from various persons,
(e) Amount received from other sources.
(2) The expenses of the center shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).

(3) The funds received by the center from the government of Nepal, foreign government or international association, organization or person for the purpose of the program or work, the amount shall be the same program. Or will have to spend on work.
(4) The operation of the fund of the center shall be as prescribed.
